What TOOL is
Our commitment that no working device we take in is thrown away. Devices we can resell are refurbished and resold. Devices we cannot are recycled responsibly, and only ever with the owner's agreement.
What happens to a device we cannot sell
- We tell you it has no resale value rather than quietly keeping it. - You choose: have it back at our cost, or let us recycle it. - Nothing is recycled without that choice being made.
