Know what is wrong? Booking costs nothing. Tell us which repairs you want and post it to us — you pay for the work, and only once you have agreed the price.
Not sure what is wrong? A technician will diagnose it for £15.00 and tell you exactly what it needs. Either way nothing is repaired until you have agreed the price, and if you would rather not go ahead we send the device straight back.

A technician checks what is actually wrong and sends you the real price. Nothing is repaired until you say yes.
Fixed and returned
Say yes and we get on with it. Say no and your device is posted back — no repair charge either way.
