Terms & Conditions
These terms apply when you buy a device from Tech Corner.
1. Your order
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. Every device we sell is used or refurbished and is described by its grade - the grade you choose is what we send.
2. Prices and payment
Prices include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout and your order is dispatched once it has cleared. If a price is shown incorrectly we will contact you before dispatching, and you may cancel.
3. Delivery
We aim to dispatch within one working day. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk passes to you on delivery.
4. Your right to cancel
You may cancel within 14 days of receiving your device, for any reason, and return it for a refund. Return it complete and in the condition you received it. We refund within 14 days of receiving it back.
5. Warranty
Every device is covered for 12 months against faults that are not accidental damage, liquid damage or normal wear. Contact us before returning anything so we can arrange it.
6. Text messages
If you give us a mobile number, we will text you when your order is dispatched, including a tracking number where the courier provides one. These are service messages about an order you have placed, so you do not need to opt in to receive them.
If you sign up to our newsletter, you are agreeing that we may also contact you by text on the mobile number held on your account, as well as by email. We use this for updates about your orders and trade-ins.
We will not send you promotional offers by text unless you have separately asked us to. You can ask us to stop texting you at any time by emailing support@tech-corner.co.uk, and you will still receive the same information by email.
