Grades Guide
What each condition grade means before you buy.
Every device is inspected by hand and given one of these grades. The grade describes how it looks — not how it works. Everything we sell is fully functional, whatever its grade.
Pristine
As close to new as a used device gets. No visible marks on the screen or the casing under normal light.
Pristine
Looks close to new. Any marks are faint and need looking for. No cracks, no dents.
Good
Light signs of use — small scratches or scuffs on the casing, visible if you look. The screen has no cracks or deep marks.
Fair
Clearly used, and priced accordingly. Visible scratches, scuffs or dents; the screen may be marked but is not cracked. Works exactly as well as the grades above.
What no grade allows
- A cracked screen or casing - Liquid damage - A device locked to an account - A device reported lost or stolen
Battery
Every device is tested for battery health before listing. If a battery does not hold a reasonable charge it is replaced or the device is not sold.
