If any of these problems occur within 12 months, we will repair or replace the device free of charge.

- Bent frames
- Unauthorised repairs or software modifications
- Damage caused by misuse or neglect
If the device shows signs of physical or liquid damage, the warranty becomes void.

2. If the device cannot be repaired, we will provide a like-for-like replacement.
3. If no replacement is available, we will offer an alternative model of equal value or a refund.
Replacement devices come with the remaining warranty from your original purchase.
